Below is a guide to all the steps you will walk through on your onboarding journey with Agents Alliance Services. You may have already completed some of these steps, and that's ok.  This is simply a guide and reminder of items that need to be completed before you can start writing policies with carriers.

THE ONBOARDING PROCESS

By now you have met with a Regional Team Lead and committed to this new journey with Agents Alliance Services. You have more than likely filled out the needed documentation but here is a checklist on what items we should have from you.  If something does not ring a bell, let us know in your Introductory Onboarding Call and we will help you resolve the task at hand.

INTRODUCTORY ONBOARDING CALL

The first step after filling out your documentation will be to schedule a call with our Onboarding Support Team.  During this call, your Onboarding Specialist will cover what the rest of journey will look like to help set you up for success as a member of Agents Alliance. They will cover items such as needed documents, CRM Tools, Training and more. You will receive your invoice for your deposit during this time. If you have not had an Introductory Onboarding Call, please schedule one by clicking on the link below.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP TOOLS

Once all of your documents and deposit have been received and you have finished your Introductory Onboarding Call, our Carrier Liaisons will set up your Customer Relationship Tools and send you your login. This will start the process of being able to write policies. But before we can start writing policies, we need to go through some training.  During this step, you will also be able to schedule your Introductory Training Call. You will also receive your login information for Alliance365, Agents Alliance Services very own intranet.

TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT & CONTINUED EDUCATION

To ensure best practices and correct commission payouts, you will need to go through specific training before receiving access to your carriers. Our Training Department has created a platform that will make the learning process, quick and painless. We are here to support your independence.  During your Introductory Training Call, our Training Department will provide an overview of the training schedule, give you a tour of Alliance365, and go over training requirements and expectations for Carrier Access. We will also help you schedule your training calls with our other departments:  Accounting, Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Marketing.  Last but not least, we will schedule your Outbound Training Call where you will receive an Introduction to Your Carriers, Live Quoting, and an opportunity to ask any questions that may arise.

CELEBRATORY ONBOARDING CALL

This is called the Celebratory Onboarding Call because if you have reached this point, you are ready to launch into your independence journey with flying colors, and you have reason to celebrate. This call will give you a chance to ask any questions to our Onboarding Support Team, schedule your 30, 60, and 90-day Wellness Checks, and schedule any additional training you feel you may need. Because we are always looking for ways to improve, you will also be given an Onboarding Satisfaction Survey to complete.
