How It Works
Your agency will receive a $25 Amazon gift card for:
- Any new Workers’ Compensation policy submitted and written for an eligible class starting September 6, 2023, through October 31, 2023
- All classes of business are eligible other than Child Care
Gift cards will be awarded monthly, within 7 days after the end of the previous month.
